I closed on my house today, I did not get the keys yet but hopefully later today. I did receive a quenching diet coke and a writers cramp. I had to sign my name and Aston's name about 35 times ... Not only did I have to sign Aston's name but I had to write out the following with every signature, "His attorney in fact"With Aston working out of the state the title company typed up a power of attorney so that I could sign for him, it worked out great for us other than the cramping.
